In June 2020 HUBCAP hosted its first Open Call. This was a way to engage with our online audience and to offer a platform for sharing work when no physical exhibitions could be held. We invited followers to submit up to three 2D, 3D or moving image pieces produced during or in response to lockdown.
The number of entries exceeded expectations, and we hugely enjoyed looking through the diverse range of quality work. Submissions were posted daily from June 1-26 and can still be found on our Instagram feed @hubcap.gallery.
